Katrina Emmerick is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in employee relations and legal counsel. Currently serving as a Senior Employee Relations Specialist and Legal Counsel at Source since August 2023, Katrina previously held the role of Solicitor at DLA Piper from July 2022 to July 2023. Prior to that, Katrina was an Associate at Johnson Winter & Slattery and Danny King Legal - Employment Law. Early career roles included Paralegal at Whitehead Cooper Williams and Law Graduate at Bellissimo Lawyers. Katrina began involvement in the legal field as a Student Intern at Carroll & O'Dea Lawyers and participated as a Mentee to Vice President Catanzariti AM at the Fair Work Commission during the University of Notre Dame mentor program. Katrina holds a Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Arts from The University of Notre Dame Australia and an LL.B. from Université catholique de Lyon.
