Rockie Thomas

Rockie Thomas has a strong background in the audio industry, with experience in various leadership roles. In 1999, Thomas co-founded and owned Chronix Radio, a network of internet radio stations focused on aggressive music. Thomas also served as the Vice President of Digital Sales at Tribune Broadcasting from 2008 to 2012, where they achieved significant sales growth despite the company's bankruptcy. In 2012, Thomas joined Adswizz.com as the Vice President of Business Development, where they facilitated connections between audio publishers and advertisers. Thomas's experience also includes roles at Spacial Audio, Bid4Spots.com, McVay New Media, and NRC Broadcasting. Thomas is currently the Chief Revenue Officer and Co-Founder of SoundStack, an Audio-as-a-Service (AaaS) company that simplifies audio creation, distribution, and monetization. Additionally, Thomas serves as the Chief Revenue Officer of Live365, a subsidiary of SoundStack, which offers a broadcast platform and licensing coverage for individuals and organizations. Thomas also played a significant role in the IAB as the Co-Chair of the Podcast Business & Technical Working Groups from 2016 to 2017.

Rockie Thomas attended Barron Collier High School from 1985 to 1989. After high school, Thomas attended the University of South Florida from 1987 to 1995, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in both Music and Education.
