Rick N. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Rick started their career in 2007 as the Managing Director of Tactico Inc., where they assisted companies in achieving growth and success. Rick specialized in turnarounds, start-ups, and preparing companies for exit strategies such as IPOs or private equity acquisitions.

In 2009, Rick N. took on the role of CEO and Director at Fidelity Clearing Canada ULC, where they built a Canadian clearing broker dealer for National Financial Services, a subsidiary of Fidelity. Rick successfully completed the mandate, and the company is now a well-established success story in the Canadian finance industry.

Throughout their career, Rick N. has also held directorial positions in various companies. This includes being the Director of SPORTLOGiQ from 2015 to 2017, the Director of OmegaATS from 2012 to 2019, and the Director of Link Energy Supply from 2013 to 2019. Rick shared their expertise and experience with these companies, contributing to their growth and success.

Rick N. has also worked as a Director at Neuro Digital, a Tactico portfolio company, from 2019 to 2021. During their time there, the company was successfully sold to Cryptostar, a publicly traded crypto miner.

In their most recent roles, Rick N. served as the Director of helloDarwin, a company that provides project delivery and problem-solving solutions in the gig economy, and as the Director of St Raphael Palliative Care Home and Day Centre, where they work with a team to provide top-notch palliative care funded largely through private donations.

Rick N. attended McGill University from 1983 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics.
