Vicki Rossetti has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Vicki currently works as a Leadership Coach at Sounding Board, Inc, where they utilize their Coaching Enablement Platform to manage and measure complex leadership development programs across the enterprise.

In addition to their current role, Vicki co-founded Meliora Strategies in 2021, where they provide individuals, teams, and organizations with the tools to build positive self-awareness and authentic leadership success.

Prior to their entrepreneurial endeavors, Vicki worked as an Executive Coach & Consultant at Rossetti Associates starting in 2015. Here, they provided executive coaching and consulting services to organizations.

Vicki has also held various leadership positions at Chubb Insurance. From 2007 to 2015, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources for Chubb Personal Insurance, where they provided strategic HR expertise to the senior leadership team and managed a team responsible for HR management. From 2003 to 2007, they were the Vice President of Talent Management, where they introduced a talent management strategy and led a team in delivering short and long-term change management goals. Prior to that, Vicki held the role of Assistant Vice President, Executive Development, where they built the organization's first executive development function and designed leadership development programs. Vicki also served as an Assistant Vice President, Strategic Staffing and a Human Resources Consultant during their time at Chubb Insurance.

Before their tenure at Chubb Insurance, Vicki worked as an Adjunct Professor at Seton Hall University in 1998, an Assistant Director of Career Services at Lafayette College from 1986 to 1989, and a Career Counselor at American University in 1985.

Vicki Rossetti completed their Bachelor's Degree in Human Communication at Rutgers University from 1979 to 1983. Vicki then pursued a Master's Degree in Adult Education & Development at American University, which they obtained from 1985 to 1986. In 2014 to 2015, Vicki Rossetti attended Fielding Graduate University and received a Coaching Certification in Comprehensive Evidence Based Coaching. In terms of additional certifications, Vicki Rossetti obtained the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) qualification from the International Coach Federation in December 2015. Vicki also has certifications in HR Leadership Academy, FiroB, MBTI, Essential Facilitation, Sounding Board Group Leadership Coach, Everything DiSC, and Five Behaviors of Cohesive Teams.
