Solu Nwanze is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in business operations and transformation across various prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Founder and CEO of Teams Who Win since 2016, Nwanze focuses on empowering senior tech leaders through signature programs aimed at cultivating transformative leadership. Prior to this, significant contributions were made at Zendesk, where Nwanze held multiple leadership roles, including Vice President of Business Operations, overseeing operational effectiveness for a large GTM organization, and driving key transformation initiatives. Nwanze also served as a guest lecturer at Texas McCombs School of Business and as a board member for Housing and Economic Rights Advocates. Previous roles include leadership positions at Adobe and Dell, alongside foundational experience in software engineering at both Dialogic and Sun Microsystems. Nwanze holds an M.B.A. from Texas McCombs School of Business and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
