Rachel Rowland PCC, CPCC, is a seasoned leadership coach and director at Rachel Rowland Coaching & Consulting Ltd. since April 2016, specializing in empowering senior leaders, particularly women, to achieve their full potential. In addition to leading their own consultancy, Rachel serves as a leadership coach at Sounding Board, Inc. and The Hobbs Consultancy, focusing on inclusive workplaces and comprehensive coaching programs. As a founding member of the Women’s Equality Party UK, Rachel actively promotes equality and facilitates leadership training. Previous experience includes senior roles at Innocent Drinks and P&G, where Rachel developed innovative strategies and launched successful product campaigns. Rachel holds multiple coaching certifications from the Co-Active Training Institute and a BSc in Psychology from The University of Sheffield.
