Kris Downing has extensive work experience in leadership coaching, education, and consulting. They currently work as a Leadership Coach at Sounding Board, Inc since June 2022. Previously, Kris worked as an Adjunct Instructor in the Leadership MBA program at National University starting from April 2021. They also served as an Adjunct Instructor in Marketing at High Point University from June 2016 onwards. Kris gained experience as a Management Consultant at Alo Management Consulting, llc starting in 2020.

In terms of leadership and innovation roles, Kris worked at the Center for Creative Leadership, where they held the position of Vice President for Commercialization and Innovation since August 2016.
