Robert Palmer has been working in the business analyst field since 2014. Robert began their career at Southeastern Grocers as a Data Analyst where they supported the category business plan process and analyzed category consumer trends. In 2017, they moved to Acosta as a Business System Analyst. Robert then spent a year at Allstate as a Business Analyst before joining JA-RU Toys in 2019 in the same role. In 2021, they worked as a Senior Business Analyst at both Microsoft and Nike. Currently, they are a Senior Business Analyst at SoundCommerce where they create business and data requirements for complex retail systems, serves as a retail business and system lead during client onboarding, and researches and implements data mapping of retail systems to SoundCommerce data models.
Robert Palmer obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Nova Southeastern University between 2008 and 2012.
