Charlie Hockett is a Senior Community Engagement Specialist at Sound Transit, focusing on community outreach and engagement for the East Link Light Rail construction on the Downtown Redmond Link Extension Project since November 2019. Previously, Charlie held various roles in the cycling and transportation sectors, including PNW Marketing Manager at JUMP Bikes and Partnerships Manager at Cascade Bicycle Club, where successful community relations and partnership management were prioritized. Charlie's experience includes consulting for Pedal Movement, co-founding Westward Wheels, and various roles at Downtown Long Beach Associates. Academic credentials include a Certificate in Strategic Marketing from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography with a History Minor from the University of Oregon.
