Shay Mullican has accumulated extensive experience in the healthcare revenue cycle sector, currently serving as Senior Manager of Analytics at Sound Physicians since June 2018, where responsibilities include regional revenue cycle management. Prior to this role, Shay held several positions at Parallon from March 2015 to June 2018, including Director of Payment Compliance, Asst Director of Healthcare Revenue Cycle, and Manager of Payment Resolution, focusing on payment resolution and improving accuracy in accounts receivable. Shay earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Middle Tennessee State University between 2009 and 2013.
