Jill Albach, CPRP, has over 27 years of experience in healthcare recruitment and management. Currently serving as the Director of Clinical Recruitment at Sound Physicians since May 2017, Jill previously held the position of Sr Physician Recruiter at The University of Maryland Medical System from October 2014 to May 2017. Prior roles at the University of Maryland Baltimore Washington Medical Center include Manager of Physician Support Services and Business Manager for Professional Services, alongside a tenure as a Business Analyst. Jill started their career as a Senior Financial Analyst at University of Maryland Upper Chesapeake Health.
