Ian Doten MD FACEP has a diverse work experience in the field of emergency medicine. Ian started their career as a Resident at CWRU MetroHealth Cleveland Clinic Emergency Medicine Residency Program in 1999 and later served as Chief Resident Emergency Medicine. Ian went on to work as an Emergency Physician at North Sound Emergency Medicine and Eastside Emergency Physicians. Ian also held leadership positions at Swedish as Chief of Emergency Medicine and Medical Director. Ian provided clinical oversight and engaged with clients as Principal | Medical Director, Clinical Quality at Tegria. Additionally, they served as Medical Director at InSytu Advanced Healthcare Simulation for Tegria Services Group. Currently, they hold the role of System Medical Director at Sound Physicians.

Ian Doten MD FACEP attended the University of Michigan from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology, General. Ian then went on to attend Wayne State University School of Medicine from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained their Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree.
