Arunabh Dastidar has a diverse range of work experience spanning several industries. In 2010, they worked as a Corporate Trainer & Consultant for EBEES INFOTRAIN CONSULTANCY SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, where they provided project management consulting and training services. Arunabh also acted as a planning team associate for the Western Dedicated Freight Corridor project with Indian Railways. In 2013, Arunabh worked as a Sr. Engineer - Projects for GUPTA BROS (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED, managing project delivery for building and interior projects across India. Arunabh implemented scheduling practices and project management frameworks resulting in improved coordination and project delivery performance. Arunabh then served as the Chief Technology Officer for Rockethomes.in from 2015 to 2017, where they developed and exited an e-commerce platform for home improvement. From 2015 to 2017, they were also a Consultant for various real estate businesses, working on global-scale projects and providing ERP and project management services. In 2018, Arunabh worked as a Real estate & Development Analyst at Intermarket Real Estate LLC, focusing on financial analysis and modelling for large-scale mixed-use developments. Arunabh then joined Zahra Properties in 2018 as a Director of Asset Management and Investments, overseeing asset management, investment strategy, and leading acquisition and value-add projects for multifamily assets. Arunabh's most recent roles include being the Chief Executive Officer of RealSage, a technology company that leverages data for actionable insights in the rental cycle, starting in 2019, and serving as an Advisory Board Member for StandardDAO, a decentralized treasury holding Standard Assets, since 2022. He's also a Member of C100 since 2022. Throughout their career, Arunabh has demonstrated leadership and expertise in project management, financial analysis, asset management, and technology implementation.

Arunabh completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Real Estate & Strategic Management from the Schulich School of Business at York University. Arunabh attended this program from 2017 to 2019.
