Maurice McGrath has an extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Maurice has held various leadership roles in well-known companies across different industries.

Maurice began their career in Foster's Group as a Brand Manager in 2000, and later became the Group Sales & Marketing Manager. Maurice then joined Australian Pacific Paper Products as the General Manager of Sales & Marketing from 2006 to 2008.

In 2008, Maurice took on the role of Chief Operating Officer at Unicharm and served in this position until 2012 when they became the Managing Director Asia-Pacific at Britax Childcare Pty Ltd.

Maurice joined the Mountain Goat Beer company in 2011 as a Non-Executive Director and continued until 2015. From 2014 to 2016, Maurice served as the Chief Executive Officer at BOUNCEinc.

Starting in 2016, they took on the position of Chief Executive Officer at Tomorrow Entertainment Holdings Pte Ltd until 2019. During this time, Maurice also served as the Chief Executive Officer at Moon Dog Brewing Pty Ltd from 2020 to 2022 and held the role of Non-Executive Director at the same company from 2017 to 2019.

In 2022, they became the Acting Chief Executive Officer at MOUNTAIN Distilling before taking on the role of Chief Executive Officer at Soulfresh later in the same year.

Maurice McGrath completed their Bachelor of Business in Accountancy from QUT (Queensland University of Technology) from 1991 to 1993. Later, they pursued a Graduate Diploma in Marketing from Monash University in 1997-1998.
