Kaley Skoglund has a diverse work experience in various companies. Kaley started their career as a Promotions Intern at Clear Channel Communications in 2011. Kaley then became a Marketing Intern at Escalate, where they gained a deeper understanding of agency marketing. In 2012, they joined Mondo as an Associate Marketing Manager, where they excelled in event management and lead generation. Kaley also served as the National Talent Acquisition Coordinator, sourcing and recruiting top talent for Mondo. In 2012, they joined Work it Out Fitness Studio as a Group Fitness Instructor, specializing in indoor cycling and Zumba. In 2015, they became an Instructor at SoulCycle Inc. With their passion for fitness and marketing skills, Kaley has demonstrated their ability to excel in various roles.

Kaley Skoglund began their education at Marist College in 2008, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Business administration. Kaley successfully completed their degree in 2012. In 2011-2012, Kaley also attended the Instituto Lorenzo de'Medici, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. Additionally, they obtained Inbound Certifications from HubSpot in November 2015.
