Charlie Pietryga began their work experience in 2018, starting with volunteer roles at Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital and Spectrum Health. At Mary Free Bed, they collaborated with other volunteers to construct Halloween costumes for children in wheelchairs, assisted with event operations for the Reed's Lake triathlon, and organized the registration process for the annual Thrive Gala. At Spectrum Health, they volunteered for two years.

In 2021, Charlie joined SoulCycle Inc. as a Front Desk Staff member before being promoted to Keyholder. Currently, they are working as an Instructor.

In 2022, Charlie worked as a Student Marketing Consultant for sweetgreen, where they gathered contact information for local businesses, reached out through email to establish potential partnerships, networked with the community, and coordinated product drops to key partners.

Charlie's most recent work experience is at SoulCycle Inc. and sweetgreen.

Charlie Pietryga pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sport Management with a Concentration in Marketing at the University of Michigan from 2020 to 2023. Prior to this, from 2018 to 2020, they studied Kinesiology and Exercise Science at Hope College.
