Matthew Wotton is an experienced professional in retail operations and franchising, currently serving as National Manager - Retail Operations at Soul Origin since February 2020. As a Franchising Consultant with M2 Consulting since October 2015, Matthew provides strategic consulting and project management services to senior leaders in top franchise groups. Previously held roles include General Manager - Franchise at Narellan Pools and Director - Operations and Projects at Luxottica Retail Australia. Matthew also served as Head of Operations for Gloria Jean’s Coffees Australia, overseeing operations for over 400 stores. With earlier experience as National Franchise Manager at RAMS home loans and State Manager - QLD at Midas Auto Service Experts, Matthew has a robust background in franchise management, strategy, and operations. Matthew holds an MBA in Business from Western Sydney University and a Diploma of Business in Franchising from the Franchise Council of Australia.
