Kayla Eastman is the Ministry Operations Manager at Soul City Church, a position held since January 2021. Previously, Kayla served as an Assistant Manager and Team Leader at The Escape Game from September 2018 to December 2020 and as the Director of Child & Youth Ministries at Donelson Heights UMC from December 2015 to August 2018. Earlier roles include Children & Family Ministries Director at Epworth United Methodist Church, Direct Support Professional at Bethesda Lutheran Communities, Program Staff at Double H Ranch, and Occupational Therapy Student at both Evansville Vanderburgh School Corporation and Easter Seals Southwestern Indiana. Kayla's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Youth Ministry from Memphis Theological Seminary and a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology from the University of Evansville.
