Quang Huynh is a skilled Data Analyst at Resonate CX, specializing in research, analysis, and automation reporting to enhance customer experience. Experienced in designing text analytics solutions for various NLP tasks, Quang's previous roles include NLP Engineer at Paradox, where model explainability was researched, and teaching assistant at S P Jain School of Global Management, focusing on subjects such as statistics and visual analytics.
