Kara Lemberger is currently the Vice President, Associate General Counsel at Sotheby's. Prior to this role, Kara held various legal positions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Kaplan PMBR, Stuart Weitzman LLC, Merrill Lynch, and Bingham McCutchen. Kara's experience includes drafting and negotiating contracts, advising on intellectual property matters, and contributing to the development of bar review course materials. Kara holds a Juris Doctor degree with a concentration in Intellectual Property from Cardozo School of Law.
