Dulayne Cumberlander has extensive work experience beginning in 2010 as a Legal Intern at Cam S. Head and Associates where they worked with legal documents such as briefs, appeals, and trust instruments. In 2015, they briefly worked at Salesforce as an Account Executive before moving on to Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Branch Manager from 2010 to 2015. In 2016, they worked with Philips as a Healthcare Sales Professional responsible for managing samples and demo processes. Recently, Dulayne worked at Sotera first as a Senior Director of Business Development and then as a National Sales Director, where their primary goal was to revolutionize patient safety by detecting early signs of deterioration in patients who are mobile and free to move about the hospital or home.

Dulayne Cumberlander attended Roswell High School from 2000 to 2004 with no specified field of study. Later, in 2005 and 2006, Cumberlander attended the New Mexico Military Institute with a focus on Criminal Justice and Corrections. From 2006 to 2009, they attended Eastern New Mexico University with no specified degree but again focused on Criminal Justice and Corrections. Finally, Cumberlander attended Midland University from 2009 to 2010, earning a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections.
