Carlos Negrete is a seasoned professional in operations and program management with extensive experience in the defense sector. Currently serving as Senior Operations Manager at Sotera Defense Solutions, Inc., Negrete previously held the role of Senior Program Manager at Scientific Research Corporation, overseeing Army C4ISR business development and operations in the Northeast Region. Earlier in their career at ARINC, Negrete managed the ARINC air/ground data link service across North America and Latin America, executing significant capital and operational programs. Negrete's expertise also includes managing Army IEW support programs, where Carlos contributed to engineering, test and evaluation management. Negrete holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering/Operations Research from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
