Akshay Sharma is an experienced professional in the travel industry, currently serving as Associate Vice President of Centralized Procurement & Operations for Corporate Tours at SOTC Travel Ltd. since August 2019. Prior to this role, Akshay held the position of General Manager for Centralized Procurement & Operations at SOTC Travel Ltd. and spent over a decade at Cox & Kings as General Manager of MICE Contracting, Product Development & Events. Earlier career experience includes serving as Assistant Manager of Sales at Orbitz Corporate & Leisure Travels, focusing on FIT & Domestic Holidays. Akshay holds a Master of Tourism Administration from the Institute of Vocational Studies, HP University, Shimla, obtained between 2002 and 2004.
