Benjamin Joffe is a seasoned partner at SOSV, where a focus on deep tech investments in planetary and human health is complemented by extensive experience as a keynote speaker, moderator, and panelist at over 300 global events. As an angel investor, Benjamin has actively invested in 20 startups, primarily during their initial funding rounds. Benjamin serves as a guest lecturer at several prestigious institutions, including the University of California at Berkeley and Zhejiang University, and has contributed articles to TechCrunch on various topics such as Climate Tech and Venture Capital. An adjunct professor at Zhejiang University, Benjamin developed and delivered a well-received course on Deeptech Ventures.
