Carl Haggard has a diverse work experience, starting as a Pianist for the Joyful Sound Choir in 2011. Carl then worked as an Information Desk Attendant at Northeastern University from September 2012 to June 2013. During this time, they also served as a Pianist for the university. In 2013, Carl worked as a Barista at Flat Black Coffee Company. In 2014, they held the positions of Marketing and Business Development at Howler and Supervisor at Thinking Cup. From 2015 to 2018, Carl operated as an Independent Operator & Consultant for Airbnb, managing short-term rentals focused on affordable apartments for traveling families. In 2015, they also started working as an Options Trader as a self-employed individual until 2018. From 2014 to 2019, Carl held various roles, including Warehouse & Project Manager and Analyst, Turnover Operations at Sonder Inc., where they managed Sonder Boston's first warehouse, developed inventory management tools, and conducted efficiency analysis for hospitality services. Their most recent role, starting in 2021, is Director of Operations at Sosuite.

Carl Haggard began their education in 2012 at Northeastern University, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. Carl studied at Northeastern University until 2013. After a gap, in 2021, Carl enrolled at Harvard Extension School and is expected to complete their Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree by 2025.
