Ville Saarimaa has extensive experience in the roadside assistance industry, currently serving as Manager for Commercial and Network at SOS International since April 2008. In this role, Ville leads the nationwide roadside assistance partner and franchise network and oversees key account management across various sectors including insurance, automotive, transport, rental-car industry, and public sector. Previous positions at SOS International include Sales and Network Manager and Operations Manager, where responsibilities encompassed building networks, managing emergency operations, quality control, and client feedback handling. Ville's career also includes roles at the Ministry of Finance of Finland and earlier experience in communications and sales. Education includes studies at the University of Helsinki, Laurea University of Applied Sciences, and Laajasalo College.
