Lesly Limon has a diverse work experience in the field of design, with a focus on creative design management, art direction, and branding. Lesly currently works as a Creative Design Manager at SOS Beauty Group. Prior to that, they ran their own design business called Lesly Limon Design, where they provided various design services for clients in the agency, in-house, and startup sectors. Some of their clients include Papa & Barkley, Live Tinted, Vive Cosmetics, and Lilly Lashes.

In addition, Lesly was a Co-Owner of Purgatory Candle Co., where they were responsible for art direction, branding, packaging design, eCommerce website management, and social media marketing. Lesly also generated viral content on TikTok that gained 50k followers and 1 million views.

Lesly has worked as a Senior Designer for Milani Cosmetics, leading global rebranding efforts and creating limited edition collections. At Markwins Beauty Brands Global, they served as a Designer for Wet n Wild Cosmetics, playing a key role in crafting a unified brand image globally. Lesly also spearheaded the Art Direction for the Halloween Fantasy Makers campaign.

Prior to that, Lesly worked as a Lead Designer at HATCHBEAUTY, overseeing multiple global agency brands and managing the entire design process for various projects. Lesly mentored junior designers and collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of program deliverables.

Lesly gained experience as a Design Intern at CultureSpan Marketing, where they created digital and print content for agency clients. Lesly also worked as a Social Media and Design Intern at Insite Strategic Group, primarily focusing on social media graphics and digital banners.

Lesly has a background in graphic design, having served as a Graphic Designer for the Technology Support Center at The University of Texas at El Paso. Lesly collaborated with the marketing team to create campaigns targeting UTEP students and contributed to website redesign, motion graphics, and print collateral.

Their early career included a role as a Public Relations and Marketing Coordinator/Graphic Designer at Workforce Solutions Borderplex, where they managed social media accounts, created graphics, and maintained positive relationships with stakeholders and the media.

Lesly Limon began their education journey at El Paso Community College from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies. Lesly then moved on to The University of Texas at El Paso, where they pursued a double major in Graphic Design and Public Relations, earning their Bachelor of Arts degree in 2015. Continuing their academic pursuits, Lesly Limon enrolled at Kent State University from 2020 to 2022, culminating in the completion of a Master of Science degree in User Experience Design.

In addition to their formal education, Lesly Limon also holds multiple certifications. In 2014, they became an Adobe Certified Expert in Visual Communication Using Adobe Photoshop CC. In 2020, they obtained certifications in Become an Interaction Designer and Become a User Experience Designer from LinkedIn. Lesly also completed courses in Design Aesthetics for the Web from LinkedIn and Visual elements of user interface design from the California Institute of the Arts.
