Eric Ryan's work experience includes a role as Vice President of Product Innovation at Sorriso Technologies starting in 2006. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Oracle Corporation from 2005 to 2006, and at edocs, Inc. from 1999 to 2005.

Eric Ryan has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphics Design and Management Science from Bridgewater State University, which they obtained from 1994 to 1999. In addition, they have attended the MIT Sloan School of Management in 2003 and the Questrom School of Business, Boston University in 1999. Eric has also obtained a certification as a Certified Payment Security Practitioner (PCI DSS v4.0) from Network Intelligence.
