Heike Kollmus has a strong and diverse work experience in the field of scientific research and project management. Heike started their career as a Diploma student at the Max Planck Institute for Developmental Biology in 1988. Heike then worked as a Ph.D. student at the Gesellschaft für Biotechnologische Forschung from 1990 to 1993, followed by a role as a Post Doc Fellow at the same institution from 1994 to 1996.
