Stephen DeMari is an Audiologist with a diverse range of experience spanning over three decades. Stephen currently serves as the Director of Audiology & Education at Sorenson Communications, a global language services provider. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Education and Business Development at CaptionCall. Stephen also has experience at UnitedHealthcare as the UHC Hearing Clinical Director & Chief of Audiology, as well as the VP of Sales & Account Management. Stephen has also worked at Sivantos Group, Starkey Hearing Technologies, Sonova Group, Illinois Masonic Medical Center, Speech, Language, Hearing Center, and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Stephen holds memberships with professional organizations such as AAA, ASHA, and IHS.

Stephen DeMari, Audiologist, AAA, ASHA, IHS, holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Audiology/Communication Science & Disorders from Syracuse University. Stephen also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Health Science/Psychology from SUNY Brockport and an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Business Administration & Management from Onondaga Community College. In addition, they have obtained the following certifications: Hearing Aid Dispensing License from the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) in February 2022, Licensed Accident & Health Producer from the Illinois Department of Insurance in 2019, AAA membership from the American Academy of Audiology since December 2022, ASHA membership from The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association since December 2022, and membership in the International Hearing Society.
