Monica Oshin is an experienced professional in the field of interpreting and enterprise business operations, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Enterprise Business Architecture at Sorenson Communications since May 2014. Monica's expertise encompasses strategy alignment, process optimization, and system configuration to support business objectives. Previous roles at Sorenson include Senior Sales Operations Manager and New Accounts Executive, as well as a foundational role as a Video Relay Interpreter. In addition to corporate experience, Monica has been a Freelance Interpreter since June 2009, specializing in areas such as mental health and medical interpreting. As the Founder and Executive Director of Big Picture Mentoring, Monica has established a non-profit aimed at enhancing the professional skills of interpreters. Monica's background also includes management at ASL Interpreting Services and teaching at the University of Louisville, where course development and mentorship were key responsibilities.
