Lisa Badinghaus is an accomplished footwear designer with extensive experience in the fashion industry, currently serving as Footwear Designer III at SOREL since February 2015, where responsibilities include managing the design process for various footwear categories. Previously, Lisa held design roles at Aeropostale and Victoria's Secret PINK, overseeing the development of accessories and supporting the design process for various products. Early career experiences include positions at Tween Brands and Fibres, alongside internships in merchandising. Lisa holds a Shoe Manufacturing Certificate from ARSUTORIA SCHOOL and a B.S. in Human Ecology with a focus on Textiles and Clothing Product Development from The Ohio State University.
