Lisa May is the founder of Fülle - Holistic Leadership Development, a company dedicated to helping busy executives achieve fulfillment without sacrificing success. Lisa has been in this role since 2015. Additionally, Lisa has served as the Chief Impact Officer and Senior Advisor & Channel Partner at SORCE since 2021. Lisa is also a Certified NCS Consultant at NeuroChangeSolutions since 2016. Prior to these roles, Lisa held positions such as Executive VP - Sales and Marketing at Urologix from 2011 to 2015, and various roles including Group Product Director, Sales Director, and Manager at Ethicon Endo-Surgery from 2005 to 2011.

Lisa May completed their education at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition NYC in 2015, where they received a certification as a Health Coach with a focus on Health, Wellness, and Nutrition. Prior to that, they attended UW Madison, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication. Information on their education beyond that is currently unknown.
