Margaux S. is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in managing HR operations and scaling teams. Currently serving as HRBP & Manager HR OPS and Global Manager of HR Operations at Sorare since February 2022, Margaux has successfully expanded the HR team from 40 to 200 employees and structured various HR processes. Previously, at Algolia from February 2019 to January 2022, Margaux led HR operations for multiple European countries and oversaw compliance with certifications. Margaux’s earlier roles include HR operations at Cycle Surgery / Rapha Ltd / Asics, HR Officer at Air France KLM Martinair Cargo, and HR Project Manager at SNCF, complemented by a Master of Science in Consulting and Change Management from Université Paris Dauphine and another in Human Resources Development from Ecole de Psychologues Praticiens.
