Josh Kimberlain possesses extensive experience in manufacturing and operations management, currently serving as Plant Manager at SOR Controls Group since December 2016, where previous roles included Operations Manager, Manufacturing, Planning, and Machining Manager, Focus Factory Manager, and Machine Shop Supervisor. Prior to this, Josh held the position of Machine Shop/Quality Manager at Dover Corporation from December 2015 to September 2016. Josh's career began at Parker Hannifin, where tenure spanned from April 2006 to November 2015, culminating in the role of Value Stream Group Lead after starting as a CNC Machinist.
