Tessa Flatten serves as the Vice President of International Affairs and Professor of Technology Management at TU Dortmund University since April 2015. Additionally, Tessa Flatten holds positions as Board President for the New York Office of University Alliance Ruhr and as a Council Member at Academy in Exile, both starting July 2024. Tessa Flatten is also an International Adjunct Professor and Visiting Scholar at Chulalongkorn University, a role held since February 2009. Other current roles include Chairwoman of the University Council at INU - Innovative University of Applied Sciences, Co-Founder and Board Member of DLab, Director and Professor of Technology Management at TIE Institute - Technology, Innovation & Entrepreneurship, and Research Coordinator for Right for Education. Tessa Flatten has served as Aufsichtsratsmitglied at SOPTIM AG since October 2015 and participated on the Educational Program Council at St. Petersburg State University of Economics between 2018 and 2019. Tessa Flatten is an alumna of RWTH Aachen University.
