Caroline Desharnais has over seven years of experience in technical writing and content specialization, currently serving as Spécialiste contenu technique and previously as Rédactrice technique at SOPREMA Canada since August 2017. Prior to this role, Caroline held the position of Coordonnatrice technique at VIC Mobilier de Magasins from August 2016 to August 2017. Caroline obtained a DEC en technologie de l'architecture from Cégep de Trois-Rivières, where studies were completed from 2013 to 2016.
