Per Kristian Mengshoel is an experienced leader in business development and innovation, currently serving as the Head of Business Development and Executive Vice President of Innovation and Development at Norsk Tipping since March 2012. Mengshoel's career encompasses roles in strategic data governance, technology management, and new business exploration, highlighted by temporary leadership in the build-up phase of the Innovation and Development department. Previous experience includes positions as Manager at BEKK, where strategic consulting and system development were central, and as a Consultant at Oracle Norge AS, contributing to projects for various clients. Academic qualifications include a Master's in Technology Management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and a MOT Certificate from the University of California, Berkeley. Additionally, Mengshoel holds positions on the Faculty Advisory Board of the Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences and serves as a board member for VIKINGLAUGET.
