Eric-Pierre Dufour is an experienced professional in digital transformation and innovation, currently serving as a volunteer member of the Boavizta community since October 2022, focusing on digital sobriety and carbon footprint issues. Dufour represents Sopra Steria at the Institute of Responsible Digital (INR) since January 2019, while also holding the position of Sustainability Director in Group Digital Transformation and previously leading the Innovation & Digital Factory at Sopra Steria. As CEO and Founder of Katapult, Dufour has developed a concept for open innovation agents and established an incubator for connected sports startups in Montreal, emphasizing collaboration and talent support in innovation. Dufour’s career includes significant roles at CGI, where responsibilities spanned from managing an innovation center in Montreal to leading the implementation of infrastructure business units in France. Dufour holds a degree in Innovation Management from the Club de Paris des Directeurs de l'Innovation.
