Betty Beauge serves as the Digital Testing Factory Manager at Niji since November 2019, overseeing a testing team, managing projects, and leading the development of the testing business within the organization. Responsibilities include implementing testing best practices, automated testing processes, and career guidance for QA team members. Previously, Betty held various leadership roles at CGI from September 2001 to November 2019, including Directrice Service Conseil and Directrice de projet Testing for public sector projects, where expertise in business development, team management, and quality assurance was demonstrated. Betty also possesses a DEA in Economie des services et de l'industrie from Université Paris-Sorbonne.
