Dionne Cowey has a wealth of experience in the HR field. Dionne began their career in 2008 as a Systems Training Manager and Team Leader - Student Support and MI at Northumbria University. In 2013, they joined Virgin Money UK PLC, where they held various roles including Programme Manager, Operating Model, Business Manager - to the Group HRD, HR Business Partner, Reward and Governance Manager, Senior Reward Analyst - Governance and Regulation, Reward Analyst, and HR Insights & Planning Analyst. Dionne Cowey completed a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management and Development at Northumbria University from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Zoology/Animal Biology from Durham University from 2004 to 2007.
