Sarah Felts is an accomplished legal operations professional with extensive experience in managing legal functions across various organizations. Currently serving as Director of Legal Operations at Sophos since January 2025, Sarah previously held key roles at Thumbtack from May 2022 to January 2025, including Senior Staff Legal Operations Manager and Senior Legal Operations Lead. Prior experience includes managerial positions at CommScope from June 2016 to May 2022 and serving as Senior Paralegal at Kim Gilbert Ebron from August 2012 to May 2016.
