During this same time period, they held various roles at Bryant University, including Office and Operations Manager, Office Manager + Sales Support Coordinator, and Program Sales Associate. In 2013, they were the Internal Operations Assistant/Accounts Receivable at United Way of Rhode Island. From 2012 to 2010, they were the Executive Support & Administration Manager at InterRisk Australia Pty Ltd and Executive Support Officer & Administration Manager at Ausgrid. In 2010, they were the Receptionist & Candidate Coordinator - Contract Role at Randstad. From 2007 to 2006, they were the Executive Assistant - CEO Growth & Development at Downer. Finally, from 2001 to 2007, they held various roles at Transfield Services, including Executive Assistant - CEO, Mining, Process & Hydrocarbons and Personal Assistant - Executive GM, Oil & Gas.

Adriana Cavaliere completed their High School Diploma at Erindale College, ACT in 1998-1999, receiving their Year 12 Certificate (Australia). Adriana then attended the MEGT Institute (Australia) from 2001-2002, completing a BSB20107 Certificate II in Business Administration. In 2018, they earned a Certificate in Management Excellence from Bryant University.
