Omer Kalderon has been working in the technology industry since 2012. Omer started their career in the Israeli Military Intelligence - Unit 8200 as a Senior Electronics Technician and Team Lead (Field). Theirresponsibilities included managing 10 soldiers, training new technicians, and working with developers of intelligence systems from multiple units. In 2021, they began working at Soos Technology as a Project Manager. Soos Technology is a biotechnology company that is developing an AI-guided hatching system to control the environmental conditions during incubation stage and affect the reproductive system development process in poultry embryos.

Omer Kalderon received a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering in 2021. Prior to that, they attended Amit College - Rishon LeZion from 2011 to 2012, studying Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician.
