Kirsty Pearce-Perkins is an experienced HR professional, currently serving as HR Manager at Sony Music Publishing since September 2019. Prior to this role, Kirsty held various HR management positions at Salt, Fashion Retail Academy, and Brooklyn Bowl, each focusing on enhancing workforce capabilities within diverse sectors, including entertainment and education. Early career experiences include roles at Vanguard and Energy Developments (UK) Ltd as an HR Administrator and HR Coordinator, respectively, as well as managing HR functions at Allemby Hunt and serving as a Recruitment & Training Officer at Union Income Benefit. Kirsty holds a BA in Business Management with a specialization in Human Resources from the University of Westminster, an Associate membership with CIPD, and is a certified 200 HR Yoga Teacher specializing in Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga.
