Katie McClenny is a highly experienced communications professional with a strong background in the music industry. Currently serving as Senior Director of Corporate Communications at Sony Music Publishing since February 2020, Katie previously held the position of Director of Communications at the National Music Publishers' Association from February 2015 to February 2020, where responsibilities included writing press releases, managing social media campaigns, and overseeing the Gold & Platinum Program. Katie's earlier roles include positions as a Press Intern at the United States Senate and the U.S. House of Representatives, as well as experience in a news desk internship at WBAL TV 11 News Station and as an Organizing Fellow for Obama for America. Katie holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Political Science with a Music Minor from the University of Pittsburgh.
