Marek Karas is a seasoned professional in digital distribution and affiliate sales, currently serving as the Director of Digital Distribution and Affiliate Sales for CEEMA at Sony Pictures Entertainment since March 2016. With extensive experience in maximizing digital distribution revenue, Marek has successfully managed home entertainment distribution, developed client relationships, negotiated deals, and overseen strategic planning across the region. Prior to this role, Marek held positions at SPT Networks and Fox International Channels, focusing on channel distribution, business development, and commercial negotiations within the Polish media market. Marek holds an Executive MBA from Kozminski University and a Master’s degree in Social Psychology from Uniwersytet SWPS.
