Ryan Milardo is an experienced professional in music licensing, currently serving as Director of Sync Licensing for Music for Brands & Advertising at Sony Music Entertainment since December 2011. Milardo has held progressively senior roles in the same department, including Associate Director and Manager, overseeing various branches such as Arista, Columbia, RCA, Epic, Legacy, Masterworks, Sony Nashville, and Sony Latin. Previous experience includes a role in soundtracks and film & TV music licensing at Universal Music Group and artist development at Island Def Jam Music Group. Milardo began a career in music while completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Business & Management at the University of Hartford, graduating in 2004.
