Swapnil Shirke has a comprehensive work experience in the technology industry. Swapnil is currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Sony Interactive Entertainment, starting in June 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Software Engineer II at PlayStation from April 2019 to June 2022. Swapnil also worked as a Software Engineer at Sony Interactive Entertainment from February 2018 to April 2019. Swapnil ventured into the field of technology as a Graduate Student at Northeastern University from January 2016 to December 2017. During this time, they also worked as a Software Engineer Intern at Sony Interactive Entertainment Inc from May 2017 to August 2017. Before pursuing their higher studies, they gained professional experience as an Assistant Manager at Axis Bank from December 2012 to December 2015. Early on in their career, Swapnil worked as a Production Support Engineer at InDeed Infotech Pvt.Ltd. from July 2011 to November 2012. In this role, they were responsible for application management, production support, report utility development, and database management.

Swapnil Shirke completed a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications at Chamelidevi Group of Institutions, Gram Umrikheda, Near Toll Naka, Khandwa Road, Indore between 2007 and 2011. After that, they pursued a Master's Degree in Information Systems at Northeastern University from 2016 to 2017. In August 2017, Swapnil also obtained the AWS Certified Developer - Associate certification from Amazon.
