Alicia Crain-Flor is an experienced professional in accounts receivable and management, currently serving as an Accounts Receivable Specialist at Sonus Interiors since December 2022. Previous roles include Scheduling Manager at Park Dental from November 2019 to December 2022, and Show & Office Administrator at Marketplace Events from July 2019 to November 2019. Alicia has also held management positions at European Wax Center from April 2015 to July 2019, where responsibilities included enhancing brand image and delivering excellent customer service. Earlier experience includes a marketing internship that involved increasing guest engagement and brand awareness through community events. Alicia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Retail Merchandising & Management from the University of Minnesota, completed in 2017.
